QBQ 31 - HAKUNA MATATA!

Yeah…why spend so much time on a trip that gets you nowhere even after you have burnt out all your ‘fuel’? In summary, you gain NOTHING from WORRYING. If you cannot forgive yourself for past mistakes and failures, then there is no going forward in life cos those burdens will keep weighing down on you. Imagine running a 400 meters race with a bag of rice stuck to your back. And for the future, dear Sarah Sarah…it’s not ours to see. All we need to do is trust the One who has already seen it and do right by Him…that’s all! It’s no use trying to constantly figure your life out cos sometimes it does not even present things in black or white. In fact, you will be shocked that in most cases they come in very unfamiliar colors…yea, it could be that complicated. But if there is one thing I’ve learnt, it is to give things time, especially when they get overwhelming. Never let challenging situations get a hold of you, try to always remain on top and in control of your mental, emotional and physical state. Even the bible asks, ‘which one of you by worrying can add a cubit to himself?’ But one valid advice it gives is ‘…let your worries and supplications be known to God.’ Just like our kids sing – Cast your burdens on Jesus for He cares for you.
