QBQ 40 - Words Cannot Bring Us Down.

One of my friends came to me feeling all downcast and discouraged because a guy she liked said some things to her which got her discouraged and thinking if she really has worth. The most annoying part was that she kept asking me if it’s true, ‘Do you really think I’m like that? Maybe that’s just my weakness, blah blah. So what if he called you those names, it’s his mouth not yours, it’s his words and not yours too. People’s opinion about you belong to them, you only share in this ‘inheritance’ when you believe it to be true. And to think that this friend of mine has a heart of gold, she is a people person, always cheering every one up and bringing them all together with laughter. Are we gonna lose all of that just because of some poorly constructed words? Hell no!. Chin up queen bee or your crown slips! Do not be discouraged, you are beautiful in every single way…words can’t bring you down. No one can possibly place a tag on something that is already tagged. So when anybody comes at you with hate, negativity and ignorance, just tell them you already have a tag that says ‘PRICELESS’. Do you know why, cos there was a previous tag which has been fully paid for. Yes, Christ paid that price. PERIOD! And for those of us that go about spilling fire like dragons, if your words do not heal, encourage, inspire and educate others, I have a sweet advice for you from my pal @francissule, take a super-glue and moisturize your lips.
